What I Wore

Welcome back to another week of what I wore! Linking up with the Pleated Poppy, of course.
Spring has been coming and going in Denver, which makes me sad. I'm so ready to say goodbye to winter! This weekend I changed out my closet, though, so when it's cold I just have to layer up!

Outfit #1

This was such a nice day that I busted out the flip flops!

Top - a.n.a. / Jeans - Levi's / Flips - Tory Burch

It's time for bright pink toes, too!

Outfit #2

I absolutely LOVE this outfit! I modeled it after an outfit I pinned on Pinterest and I think I was pretty successful! I was at a new member recruiting event for Junior League this night, so I wanted to make a good impression.

Dress - Jones Wear / Belt - from a skirt / Blazer - Talbot's / Necklace - Stella & Dot / Shoes - Coach

Outfit #3

This might be one of the last times I wear this dress. I still really like it, but the lining is becoming completely shredded. I don't want to cut the lining out because I think it's really needed, but I also don't want to pay for new lining to be put in. :(  I love the combo of navy and coral, too!

Dress - Daisy Fuentes / Belt - Target / Necklace - Charming Charlie / Shoes - Nine West

Outfit #4

A beautiful spring day calls for bright colors and pin-dot ruffly tanks!

Top - Calvin Klein / Jeans - Levi's / Shoes - J. Crew

As much as I love the color and style of these shoes, they are really not comfortable. The heels come up really high in the back and are always giving me blisters, no matter what I do. :(

I matched the shoes with these cute earrings from Charming Charlie.

Outfit #5

This is another outfit inspired by a pin on Pinterest. You'd think something as simple as this wouldn't need an inspiration pin, but we all get into funks. Finding a way to pair my old standbys in a new and just slightly different way is what I really like about Pinterest.

Top - H&M / Cardi - Matty M / Pants - Gap / Shoes - Steve Madden

Outfit #6

As you can tell, the last couple outfits with layers mean cooler days here. Sad.

Tank - Old Navy / Jacket - Gap / Scarf - Asos / Skirt - Bopeau / Boots - Guess

That's it for this week! I'll see you back here next week for more outfits!

  1. I can see why you love the outfit you wore to the Junior League recruiting event. The lace dress is so pretty, and the dark jacket and accessories add to the beauty of the dress and give it a polished look. Thanks for giving me a style idea!
